Service Level Agreements - Environmental and Ecological
ADK Environmental Management Ltd can now offer Service Level Agreements (SLA's) to clients on an agreed monthly retainer. This 'on-tap' consultancy would allow clients to call on the services of ADK Environmental Management Ltd at very short notice when an environmental or ecological problem or emergency arises.
A lead environmental advisor would attend site, guaranteed that same day, and offer advice or act as 'Environmental Clerk of Works / Environmental Advisor' for the duration of time to resolve the problem. This service would be charged at our half day/daily rate, plus mileage.
ADK Environmental Management Ltd is a triple ISO accredited company able to offer a full range of environmental and ecological services on a 'one-stop' basis without the need for clients having to shop around at the last minute to solve the problem when time is of the essence.
This service is not just a problem solver service, but an opportunity for clients to engage our services on an 'ad-hoc' basis without being engaged for the full project, although we do offer this service as well.
Clients may have their own ideas of the range of activities they would like an SLA to cover. Alternatively, at this early stage we would be pleased to suggest a basic framework which might fit your needs.
